My girls love the eggs from Rafter 4R Ranch. They beg for scrambled eggs every morning and are quick to add.... "the really good ones from that farm!" We are excited about the Ranch’s addition of breakfast sausage. As a mom, I am happy my young girls are getting quality protein from a local ranch.

Fish is a mainstay of my diet. I recently had the tilapia raised at Rafter 4R Ranch at my sister’s house. It was absolutely delicious…the best I had ever tasted. What a delight to learn EXACTLY where it came from and to know it had been ethically raised. The source of so much food today is a mystery! In a big-box store, how the food was raised or grown is big unknown. The most important thing we can do for our health is to KNOW more about the food we are consuming. Rafter 4R Ranch is a blessing!

My husband juices fruits and vegetables to drink to help decrease inflammation caused by his rheumatoid arthritis. He commented that the fresh vegetables from the aquaponics made the juice taste much more fresh and crisp compared to the store bought we usually purchase.

We recently purchased some incredible beef from Rafter 4R Ranch, including ribeyes and filet mignon, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality! We prepared the steaks using the sous vide method and finished them with a high-heat sear on our grill, and the results were outstanding. The ribeyes were beautifully marbled, delivering an intense, rich flavor with every bite. The filet mignons were incredibly tender, practically melting in your mouth while still being packed with flavor—a rare combination! You can truly taste the care and quality that Rafter 4R Ranch puts into their beef. If you’re looking for restaurant-quality steaks to enjoy at home, we can’t recommend them enough! We’ll definitely be returning for more.
